Such a holistic approach to wellness programs can help any individual to self-develop and outgrow themselves and get balance in life to become their best selves.
We work on eight Dimensions of Wellness: occupational, emotional, spiritual, environmental, financial, physical, social, and intellectual. Each dimension of wellness is interrelated with another. Each dimension is equally vital in the pursuit of optimum health. One can reach an optimal level of wellness by understanding how to maintain and optimize each of the dimensions of wellness.

PREETI SINGH
Preeti comes from a stellar corporate background, coming from brands like Radio Mirchi and Jasubhai Media. Young, dynamic, self driven – she made significant professional progress in her life at a very young age.
While she was making such strides in her corporate life, Preeti felt that there was something missing. To her misery, she couldn’t quite pin down what exactly it was that made her feel that way. Then came a time in her life where she had to be on a complete bedrest. It changed my perspective on life, she says. Preeti was now clear on what truly mattered to her what exactly would she like to dedicate her rest of the life and energy towards. Since then, she’s been a motivational force for many women around the country. From motivational keynotes to volunteer works for CRY and several other NGOs to organizing workshops and events, Preeti has been constantly working towards her goal. Beauty is inside out and is not just about bringing the best of the physical appearance but also bringing the best from your mind and soul.
